There are some mountaineering training instructed by Sherpa climber before the ascent to the mountains. They train you how to equip proper way with climbing gears.  Above 7000m mountains require a self-confident and sensitive using way of equipment because a small mistake makes a fatal accident. A successful summit is a combination of the skill of mountain climbing, good equipment, adorable physical fitness, and experienced climber Sherpa.

 

Nepal consists of 1310 peaks recorded in Mountaineering Association and Tourism Ministry. Besides these, there are more peaks which are not surveyed and recorded in a list of peaks. The popular climbing expedition mountains are Mt. Everest (8848m), Mt Lhotse (8516), Mt. Kanchenjunga (8586m), Mt. Makalu (8485m), Mt. Dhaulagiri (8172), Mt Cho Oyu (8201), Mt Shisha Pangma (8013m), Mt. Manaslu(8163m), and Mt. Annapurna (8091m), Mt. Ama Dablam (6812m) and Mt. Himlung (7212m) are below 7300m. Above 8000m climbing, expedition period requires around 8 weeks and the mini-expedition time is about 4 weeks. The summit of above mountains rewards you out breathtaking views of pinnacles to all surrounding directions.
