Annapurna Discovery Treks & Expedition PVT Ltd is a fully, registered company to offer the best trekking services for clients. The company was established on favor of clients during stay their valuable time in Nepal.

Some major terms and conditions must be clarified between company and clients before the booking trip and minors are negotiable as it issues out.

When making the final payment for the trip before it starts the day in our office No refund will be made.

 It is necessary to provide your passport to the company due to buying air tickets, to make permits and TIMS. Booking a trip is Initiative deposit 30% of the trip cost on condition of nonrefundable but the deposited is deductible upon you arrive in Kathmandu from the cost.

Risk and Liabilities

Some major strict rules and regulations of the tourism board of the respective country are better to inform you. We are not liable for any change or cancellation of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like a change in the rules and regulations of the country, natural disasters, political instability, and cancellation of flight, delay, sickness, an accident. Above these such circumstances create extra cost shall be responsible for the clients themselves. 

Cancellation and postponed Policy:

  • If clients fail to make their trip or want to cancel their trip due to some reasons the following charges will be made as a condition:
  • It’s your choice to postpone or transfer for the next trekking time. If you decide to cancel then 100 USD charge on per person.
  • The flight ticket is refundable if it is canceled before 1 week time and 30% cancellation fee will apply.

Price changing

Since a long time trip has been booked and fixed trip cost, sometimes fluctuations are unexpectedly different rate due to USD.

 Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is very important for your trekking and tour. Your insurance paper must cover emergency evacuation, hospital treatment, medical expenses, natural calamity, and damage to valuable things and belong to your things.

Passport and Visas:

All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visas cost is USD 25 for 15 days and USD 40 for 30 days.

Flight Delay

 We try the best way to organize the trekking in a region of Everest and Annapurna even though Flights are sometimes a big problem of weather.  It’s out of our hands so, in these circumstances, we are not responsible. A quick alternative trekking route is chosen.

The itinerary is changed any time

Trekking is challenging and adventures outdoor. your guide on the spot can change your itinerary if further is an obstacle and not safe life due to heavy rain, snowing, landslide and route block with deep snow and natural calamities.

Impact on Your Journey

Our priority is to ensure a comfortable trip but, it is must understand that you are accustomed in western life standard, we cannot afford such facilities. The weather is another unexpectedly affects your journey such in this situation, patience, enthusiasm. Consideration and mutual understanding needed to reach the destination.

Your personal belongings

It is our responsibility to guide and take care during the trek even though unexpected happens like the loss of your baggage, damage of your belonging. The company is not responsible but, the best way and solutions are mobiles over the solution.

Carry bag packs

Professional mountain porter helps you to success your trip. He will carry two person’s backpack up to 30 kilos.

Overweight in plane

Domestic planes carry 15 to 17 people with their backpack. The planes carry 15 kilos including hand carry. Over 15 kilos extra charge is responsible for clients.
